Ucebox was established in 2016 engaging family and friends to take part in group training to help further our fitness journeys. Realising most of our fitness goals were similar, it was easy to adapt and work together to achieve these goals – keeping each other motivated and accountable to make the pathways to our goals more enjoyable and spirited. Since day one, Ucebox has aimed to keep our communities and the support of all individuals coming in at the forefront. Offering fitness programs that facilitate training's for our local rugby clubs, non-for-profit organisations, churches and also some of our local schools who have taken part and invited us to help assist in the physical education classes they hold. Having this fitness platform has allowed us the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, at all stages of their fitness journey’s – it has been truly inspiring to see how far people have come in kicking their fitness goals.
At Ucebox Fitness, we aim to always be true to ourselves and to keep the fundamentals that once established us. Before committing to Ucebox Fitness we want to get to know you. We offer FREE consultations to get to know your health and lifestyle as well as the training of preference and what suits you. We are designed to facilitate group training's we do also offer personal training classes for a more tailored for you experience. Our objective is to keep encouraging those in our communities to keep their commitments to their fitness goals whether it be weight loss, strength training or just simply wanting to expand your horizons to meet new people we are here to assist. Our group classes are a result focused way to increase your energy levels, fitness and overall health. We offer Powerlifting, Cardio HIIT, Zuu, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Corporate Training, Kidz Classes PLUS more. We have combined the latest training techniques with state of the art training equipment to assist you with your fitness journey. Regardless if you're a beginner or an elite athlete we can assist in ensuring you stay on your path to achieve your fitness goals, whilst having FUN at the same time.
Our onsite cafe has a range of healthy eating options for that pre or post training meal. We also offer barista made coffee, healthy sandwiches, fruit smoothies, protein shakes, fruit salads, muesli bowls, a selection of pies and cold drinks plus variety of sweets & slices.
We offer casual, weekly and monthly passes.
